Is my analysis data safe? Where is it stored?

All tools run entirely inside your browser. Your data is never transmitted to or stored on KonSelt servers. You save your work as a JSON file on your own device and reload it when you return. KonSelt never sees your analysis content.

Do I need to install anything?

No. The tools run in any modern web browser — Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox. There is nothing to download, install, or update on your computer.

How does login work?

When you visit app.konselt.com, you enter your email address and receive a one-time login code by email. Enter the code and you're in. There is no password to create or remember.

What does the early bird discount cover exactly?

The first 10 subscribers on each plan lock in their discount permanently — meaning you keep the discounted rate for as long as you remain subscribed, even after the early bird period ends. Additionally, all early bird subscribers receive a 20% discount on any new tools added to the KonSelt suite in the future, such as the upcoming DHA tool.

Are the tools available in Japanese?

The current tools are in English. Japanese language versions are planned. For enterprise clients, bilingual support and onboarding in Japanese is available — please contact us to discuss.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. Subscriptions are managed through Stripe's customer portal. You can cancel at any time and access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.

I need a tool that isn't listed. Can you build it?
